Brick Killed a Guy - A2 limited edition screenprint

£15.00 / On Sale

"There were horses and a man on fire and I killed a guy with a trident!"

When I was asked to contribute a piece to Gallery 1988's "A Tribute to Judd Apatow" exhibition, I knew straight away the subject of my print would be the film

'Brick Killed a Guy!' is a 4 colour screenprint, hand printed with water based acrylic inks on 240gsm, acid free 'Pop'Set paper. It features the character Brick Tamland, played by the wonderful Steve Carell, from "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgandy."

Paper size: 57.5 x 40cm (approx A2)
Edition: limited to only 50 prints; signed and numbered in pencil at the bottom.

This is not 'fan art' or a 'bootleg' this is a commissioned piece of art, exhibited as part of the "A Tribute to Judd Apatow" show at Gallery 1988 in Los Angeles, endorsed and approved by Judd Apatow, the producer of (and one of the actors in) Anchorman. Judd himself was at the opening of the show and you can see a short video of the event here: http://vimeo.com/55257177

This print is sold unframed, and is sent carefully bagged and rolled inside a sturdy cardboard tube.

"Brick, I've been meaning to talk to you about that.
You should find yourself a safe house or a relative close by.
Lay low for a while because you're probably wanted for murder."
